KRS provides its customers with highly skilled service technicians that endure an intense training program. These training programs allow the technicians the ability and knowledge to fix all of your “hot-line” equipment, your fryers, ovens, convection ovens, steamers, grillers, salamanders, cheese melters, kettles, heat lamps, broilers, steam tables, etc. Our service vans contain over 150 parts as we feel this facilitates the technicians’ ability to fix a unit more efficiently during a service call.
We offer an authorized manufacturers warranty for all of the major brands such as Southbend, Blodgett, Pitco, MagicKitchen, Electrolux, Sodir, Equipex, Molteni, Diva de Provance, Altoshamm, and DittoDean.
Additionally we have a warehouse full of original equipment manufacturer parts (OEM) and aftermarket parts that customers have the option of purchasing.
Lastly, the Preventative Monthly Maintenance service contract that we offer prevents downtime in your kitchen by having a technician visit your establishment once a month for a “tune up.” Purchasing this service often prevents major issues from occurring as your equipment is being maintained monthly. The Preventative Monthly Maintenance service is cost efficient as it keeps your restaurant operating optimally. Our service contract is not comparable to other kitchen repair contracts as most only service your establishment during business hours. As a result, this contract also includes 24\7 labor service and can be cancelled at any time.
