All of our service vans are stocked with a wide variety of genuine factory parts to insure that we are able to solve your kitchen needs in a timely manner.
We provide representatives in our office to assist you Monday through Friday from 6AM until 5PM. KRS also provides you with an emergency service voicemail if you are experiencing any problems after hours.In order to avoid equipment problems in your kitchen, KRS offers a Preventative Monthly Maintenance program. PMM includes a monthly “tune up” visit from one of our experienced technicians and covers all labor 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. We offer one of the most comprehensive service contracts in the industry and encourage our customers to participate in PMM as it will often prevent a minor problem from resulting in a temporarily unavailable unit.
